No. We're sorry for any inconvenience but our catalogue is only available online since we are constantly adding new products to our inventory

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do work with a third party shipping service for international orders that you can link to through our website. However, we cannot guarantee that they will abide by our Privacy and Security Policies. Therefore, we will not accept any liability or responsibility for the use of these third party shippers.

How do I know if my items are available?

We only promote those products that we have available for sale. We do our best to ensure that we always have ample stock on hand. However, occasionally some items might be out of stock and there may be a delay in waiting for additional stock to arrive in our warehouse. If there is a problem with any item's availability, we will notify you of any expected delays. You can then work with our Customer Service Department (CustomerServices@ if you choose to wait for the product's availability or we'll help you by suggesting alternative products that are in stock.

How do I pay for my order?

We make buying easy by using our secure payment feature. Along with PayPal, we also accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and Maestro. Be sure to include your proper billing and shipping information so that your order can be quickly processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after placing your order during regular business hours.

How do I place an order?

Look through our extensive online catalogue by using the navigation buttons on the left or type in the name of the product you're looking for using our easy SEARCH feature. Then add the items you would like to purchase to your SHOPPING CART. There you'll also see each piece you order itemized. We've made it easy to add or delete items later, so shop away!

Once your SHOPPING CART is full with the items you would like to purchase, simply use the CHECKOUT feature.

Remember, it's essential that you use your correct e-mail address so that we can confirm your order and send you your order number and shipment tracking information.

How long does my refund take?

We will contact you within ten (10) days of receiving and processing your return to notify you of the amount that will be credited to your credit card, debit card or PayPal account.

How will I get confirmation that my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail showing your order confirmation and order number.

We will send you a second e-mail showing your tracking number and shipping information once your order has been mailed.

What are my shipping options?

Currently our system is designed to only handle next day orders within the UK and Northern Ireland. For international orders throughout Europe and worldwide, please contact our Customer Service Department (CustomerServices@ DecorTrader.Co.UK) to give you a quote on other shipping or delivery options.

What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final. However, when you receive your order, if you find that there is an item missing, damaged or broken, within two (2) business days of your package receipt, you must contact us via e-mail at CustomerServices@ DecorTrader.Co.UK (place your order number in the SUBJECT line) and include your name, contact information and the description of the problem. You also can contact us by telephone at 01895 259363. We will then make arrangements for any necessary replacements.

When is my credit card charged?

Once you have electronically placed your order, it is immediately processed. At that time, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged for the products you purchased along with any shipping/delivery charges.
